Short version: Tabs collects nothing.
Your writing, projects, settings and backups are stored only on your device, in your browser's own storage. They are never uploaded, synced or shared, and nobody who makes or hosts Tabs can see them.
Tabs has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no tracking and no cookies. It doesn't use any AI service. Its fonts and styles are built in, so opening it doesn't contact other companies' servers.
The only time anything leaves Tabs is when you choose to: saving a backup or export file to a place you pick. The website that serves Tabs may keep its usual technical logs of visits, as any website does — but it never receives your writing.
Deleting a project, or clearing your browser's data for Tabs, removes it from your device for good. Keep a backup if it matters to you.
Your writing is yours. You own everything you write in Tabs. Tabs claims no rights to it, and your writing stays on your device; nobody who makes or hosts Tabs receives it.
What you may do. You may use Tabs free of charge for your own writing, personal or professional; install it on your own devices; and make backups and exports of your own work.
What you may not do. You may not copy, re-host, mirror, redistribute, sell, rent or sublicense Tabs or any part of its code, design, text or artwork; modify it or make other versions or apps based on it; reverse-engineer, decompile or de-obfuscate it, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms; remove or change its copyright notices; or use the name Tabs, or its logo, for another product or in a way that suggests a connection that doesn't exist.
Who owns Tabs. Tabs, including its code, design, interface text, artwork and logo, and the name Tabs as used for this app, belongs to Jared Castillo. All rights not given to you in these terms are reserved. The official Tabs is only at mytabs.cc.
Parts made by others. Some parts of Tabs were made by others and come with their own licences: the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary (BSD), the FrequencyWords word lists (CC BY-SA 4.0), the Courier Prime and Baloo 2 fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1), Lucide icons (ISC) and Tailwind CSS (MIT). They are listed in Settings and at mytabs.cc/licenses. Nothing in these terms limits what those licences allow you to do with those parts.
No warranty. Tabs is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Keep backups of anything important. As far as the law allows, Jared Castillo is not liable for lost work or for any other damage arising from the use of Tabs.
Changes and ending. If these terms change, Tabs will ask you to agree again before you continue. If you break these terms, your permission to use Tabs ends. If you don't agree to these terms, please don't use Tabs.

En resumen: Tabs no recoge nada. Tu texto, proyectos, ajustes y copias se guardan solo en tu dispositivo. Nunca se suben ni se comparten. Sin cuentas, sin analíticas, sin anuncios, sin rastreo, sin cookies y sin IA. Lo único que sale de Tabs es lo que tú decides guardar como archivo.
Lo que escribes es tuyo. Eres dueño de todo lo que escribes en Tabs. Tabs no reclama ningún derecho sobre ello, y tu texto se queda en tu dispositivo; nadie que haga o aloje Tabs lo recibe.
Lo que puedes hacer. Puedes usar Tabs gratis para tu propia escritura, personal o profesional; instalarla en tus propios dispositivos; y hacer copias y exportaciones de tu trabajo.
Lo que no puedes hacer. No puedes copiar, volver a publicar, replicar, distribuir, vender, alquilar ni sublicenciar Tabs ni ninguna parte de su código, diseño, textos o ilustraciones; modificarla ni crear otras versiones o apps basadas en ella; aplicarle ingeniería inversa, descompilarla o desofuscarla, salvo donde la ley lo permita pese a estas condiciones; quitar o cambiar sus avisos de derechos de autor; ni usar el nombre Tabs o su logo para otro producto o de forma que sugiera una relación que no existe.
De quién es Tabs. Tabs, incluidos su código, diseño, textos de la interfaz, ilustraciones y logo, y el nombre Tabs usado para esta app, pertenece a Jared Castillo. Se reservan todos los derechos que estas condiciones no te conceden. La Tabs oficial solo está en mytabs.cc.
Partes hechas por otros. Algunas partes de Tabs las hicieron otros y tienen sus propias licencias: el CMU Pronouncing Dictionary (BSD), las listas de palabras FrequencyWords (CC BY-SA 4.0), las fuentes Courier Prime y Baloo 2 (SIL Open Font License 1.1), los iconos Lucide (ISC) y Tailwind CSS (MIT). Aparecen en Ajustes y en mytabs.cc/licenses. Nada en estas condiciones limita lo que esas licencias te permiten hacer con esas partes.
Sin garantía. Tabs se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías de ningún tipo. Guarda copias de lo importante. En la medida que la ley lo permita, Jared Castillo no se hace responsable de trabajo perdido ni de otros daños derivados del uso de Tabs.
Cambios y fin. Si estas condiciones cambian, Tabs te pedirá que las aceptes de nuevo antes de seguir. Si no cumples estas condiciones, tu permiso para usar Tabs termina. Si no estás de acuerdo con ellas, por favor no uses Tabs.
